 | Shihon Island (資本; Literally meaning "Capital Island") is the island located at the center of Kirigakure's scattered lands. It is, without a doubt, the largest of the islands, and the island that holds the main sections of the Kirigakure village; the Village Hidden in the Mist, otherwise known as the Bloody Mist. This island is surrounded by an archipelago which act as the first barrier to incoming invasions. With a high scaling variety of terrains, Shihon Island is home to mountainous regions, as well as low valleys. It holds everything from sub tropical environments to the north, and barren ice lands to the south. This land is known for the thick veil of mist that is forever enshrouding it, making it dangerous to approach by ship; what is more, it is surrounded by jutting rocks that only experienced sailors can get around.
